Our structured onboarding process ensures every COMSOVE Show Point meets the highest standards — from your first application to your opening day and beyond. Each stage is designed to set you up for long-term success.

Initial StepQualified applicants will be invited to an online session with our network development team. This is your opportunity to present your business plan, market analysis, and long-term vision — and to learn more about what being a COMSOVE Show Point partner truly means.
EvaluationA dedicated COMSOVE representative will visit your proposed location to assess infrastructure, capacity, and operational readiness. Your application is then evaluated by a cross-functional panel including Network Development, After-Sales Service, and Sales teams.
AssessmentSuccessful applicants receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) from COMSOVE prior to project kick-off. This document formalizes the mutual commitment, outlines key milestones, investment obligations, and defines the exclusive Show Point territory assigned to your operation.
AgreementWith the LOI signed, the preparation phase begins: Show Point construction and interior fit-out to COMSOVE brand standards, procurement of display vehicles and service equipment, staff recruitment, and mandatory COMSOVE Academy training covering product knowledge, brand experience, and customer service excellence.
PreparationFollowing a successful pre-opening audit by COMSOVE's quality team, your Show Point officially opens its doors. The formal Dealer Agreement is signed, granting you full authorized partner status — including access to COMSOVE's product portfolio, marketing support, after-sales network, warranty systems, and ongoing partner benefits.
Go LiveMinimum capital investment capacity aligned with COMSOVE's Show Point setup and operational standards
Proof of financial stability — audited financial statements from the past 2 years
Access to working capital to support initial vehicle stock, spare parts inventory, and operating costs
Letter from a financial institution confirming creditworthiness or funding availability
Minimum Show Point area of 400m² with dedicated display, consultation, and delivery zones
Dedicated service bay with EV-certified workshop space and high-voltage safety compliance
Charging infrastructure including public-facing DC fast chargers and staff charging stations
Prominent, accessible location with adequate parking and visibility in the proposed territory
Automotive industry experience preferred — existing dealership operations are a strong advantage
Proven track record in sales, customer service, or retail business management
Understanding of the EV ecosystem including charging technology, battery maintenance, and range management
Local market knowledge and established connections within the target territory
Committed management team with defined roles for sales, after-sales, and customer relations
Willingness to complete COMSOVE Academy certification for all frontline staff
Adherence to COMSOVE's brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and customer experience protocols
CRM and DMS system readiness compatible with COMSOVE's dealer management platform
