ADMINISTRATIVE & CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE, London, United Kingdom
Job Overview :
We are seeking a professional and well-organised Administrative & Client Relations Executive to support our administrative operations and manage relationships with corporate clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes while maintaining high standards of corporate client communication. This role is ideal for candidates seeking to grow their careers within the automotive and energy industries.
Responsibilities :
• Managing correspondence via email, phone, and postal services with professionalism and courtesy
• Organising and maintaining files, records, and databases with accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference arrangements
• Performing data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
• Handling incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and directing queries appropriately
• Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure effective communication between UK operations
• Ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures
Requirements :
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• At least 3 years of corporate experience in the automotive sector
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and QuickBooks
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
• Demonstrated experience with clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence management
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Office experience is preferred; however, candidates with relevant administrative experience will also be considered
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working with corporate or B2B clients
• Familiarity with UK administrative practices
